Performance
· Wide Temperature Resistance: Operates reliably from -55°C to 150°C (short-term peak up to 175°C), maintaining elasticity in extreme cold and heat.
· Superior Weather & Ozone Resistance: Excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and atmospheric aging, preventing cracking and brittleness in long-term outdoor use.
· Fluid Compatibility: Highly resistant to water, steam, dilute acids, alkalis, alcohols, and polar solvents, making it ideal for water-based and chemical systems (not recommended for petroleum-based oils).
· Low Compression Set: Minimal permanent deformation under sustained compression (≤20% at 150°C/22h), ensuring consistent sealing pressure over extended service life.
· Electrical Insulation: Excellent dielectric properties, suitable for sealing electrical enclosures and insulating components.
